A manip I've made for a potential character. I kind of like it... Not entirely sure. What markings to put on the horse was quite a decision, so I have ~NoirRomance to thank for how that part of it turned out.
I originally had text on this, but the text just ruined it. So, this is my dear Akane. Anyway, if I end up using this, it will be at this RPG [link] I am to be the only person to use the manip, so don't even think about touching it, or I will throw you off that there waterfall. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
